Ariana brings a unique blend of athletic expertise and compassionate care to her work as a physical therapist at GMA. A native of Glenwood Springs, she grew up immersed in the active Colorado lifestyle (including the Glenwood Grizzlies) and has always been drawn to movement and performance. Her background as a Division I ice hockey player and professional athlete in Europe informs her comprehensive approach to physical therapy. She’s passionate about helping patients not only recover from injuries but also optimize their movement to prevent future setbacks. Whether addressing complex vestibular conditions, spine-related injuries, or improving biomechanics for peak performance, Ariana focuses on treating the whole body to empower her patients to stay active and enjoy everything Colorado has to offer.
