Glenwood Medical Associates is pleased to announce the addition of two family medicine providers, Katy Mazza, PA-C and Christina Torres, FNP-C.
Katy Mazza is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She views all patient relationships as a collaboration with shared decision-making. “I strive to be a trusted resource patients can rely on for accurate information and compassionate care,” said Katy, who is warm, attentive and caring.
Katy is accepting new patients at the Glenwood Springs office.
Christina Torres has 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she has certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Cardiac Stress Testing. Christina has practiced medicine in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2017. “Returning to family medicine gives me the opportunity to focus solely on what I love most, helping patients learn about their health to make choices that enhance their well-being,” she remarks.
Christina is fluent in Spanish and serves English and Spanish-speaking patients. She is currently accepting new patients at the New Castle office.
